Where to get organic produce:
Shufersal.co.il is a chain store supermarket through Israel and they have a small organic section called Green. You can also order online.
Nizat.com has stores throughout Israel that sell organic grain and products. Some branches have more produce than others. You can buy in bulk for less by contacting the Nizat owner. They will only sell the spelt berries (that can be milled into flour in a 20 kilo sack instead of the 500g bag in the shop. It is less than half price to buy it in bulk.
Zmora-Organi.co.il has stores in Jerusalem and orders can also be made through their website for delivery. They sell a wide selection of organic produce, grains, and other organic products.
Eitan is a religious Jewish farmer +972 52 652-2169 with kosher products. He will deliver with a minimum. He sells raw goat and cow milk and cheeses from both kinds of milk. He sells eggs, ground lamb, bass fish, and many other products from his farm.
You can order direct from organic farms Havivian.co.il and Salsila.co.il. They are in different parts of the country. They sell their own produce and produce from other organic farmers. You can check their kosher certification, and you may need to take off your own tithes (trumot/maasrot).
Organic local chicken from Meshek Melamed can be found in the freezer section of Nizat and Zmora Organi or purchased direct from the producer lul-organi.co.il.
Yonatan +972512772800 from @sourdough_mazal sells sourdough bread from organic spelt, einkorn, emmer, local wheat, and rye flour that he freshly mills himself (see What’s a Healing Bread). He delivers in Jerusalem.
